Please take a moment to check your dog’s groom before leaving the salon.

If there is anything you are unhappy with, or you would like changed, please let your groomer know before you leave. We will be happy to discuss and, where possible, make any necessary adjustments.

Once you leave the salon, you are confirming that you are happy with the service provided. Any further changes requested after leaving may be subject to an additional charge outside of your original appointment.

Some dogs may require additional time, products or specialist handling. Additional charges may therefore apply in the following circumstances:

An additional fee of £8 upwards may apply where a dog has:

• Significant matting
• Aggressive behaviour
• Behavioural or handling difficulties

These additional charges reflect the extra time required, specialised products and the increased wear and tear on grooming equipment.

If we are unable to complete a groom due to health and safety reasons, you will only be charged for the portion of the service that we have been able to complete.

We will not groom any dogs that are pregnant due to health and safety and recommend you speak with the vet. It is the customer’s responsibility to make the groomer aware your dog is or may be pregnant before grooming. The groomer will not be liable if this has not been disclosed.

Please check your dog's coat thoroughly for fleas before entering the salon.

If your dog is found to have fleas while in the salon, we may need to:

• Close the salon
• Cancel the remaining appointments for the day
• Arrange professional treatment of the salon

A £100 flea treatment/closure fee will therefore apply where fleas are found on your dog.

This policy is necessary to protect the health and wellbeing of all dogs, customers and staff using the salon.

Late cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) will be subject to the full price of the missed grooming appointment.

This outstanding amount must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

Appointment changes and cancellations are free when at least 48 hours' notice is provided.
