Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice to amend or cancel an appointment free of charge. After this we will charge a fee charged at the full cost of the groom which must be paid before any further appointments will be made at groomer's discretion. This allows us to fill that space with another booking as a small business we have overheads and staff to pay regardless. We will always work to help our customers and appreciate your understanding with this policy.
