Please make sure you are on time for your appointment. We have a strict schedule with set times for each booking. If you are late you may be refused and made to rebook with a fee .

Please be on time to collect. Any dogs left a considerable time outside their finished groom without notice will be charged a sitting fee.

We require 24hrs notice for cancellation of appointments. We reserve a set amount of time to groom your dog and a missed appointment will incur a NO SHOW fee to the amount of usual full groom price payable before further appointments can be made.

There will be an additional charge for this service where applicable. You will be advised of this during the initial consultation.

We retain the right to refuse the grooming of a dog due to aggression, health concerns or difficulties. We do this to ensure the safety of both parties. Fees will also be added for behaviour such as aggression or misbehaving causing difficulties throughout the groom.

INJURIES

Accidents are always a possibility when working with moving or matted animals.  We will not be held responsible for any injuries during grooming due to the state of a dogs coat. We will contact the owner immediately and we ourselves will give first aid or bring your dog to the veterinary clinic if we deem an emergency. We will always do right by the welfare of the dog in all situations.

PREGNANT/IN HEAT

We will not under any circumstance groom a pregnant or weening dog. It is the customer's responsibility to let a groomer know there may be a possibility of pregnancy, weening or they may be in heat.
